TERMS OF SALE

1. Products
Bagioli sells vegan leather bags available on bagioli.com. 
All products are subject to availability.

2. Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency of your region and include applicable taxes. 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all 
information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case 
of fraud or payment issues.

4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods : credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay.
All transactions are secured.

5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by destination :
- EU : 2-5 business days
- UK : 2-5 business days
- US : 5-7 business days

6. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your item.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
